No, you can have either a Medicare Advantage plan OR Original Medicare with a Medicare Supplement plan.

I don't want to pay a monthly supplement premium. Do you offer Medicare Advantage plans with low or $0 monthly plan premiums?

Yes, we offer plans with low or no monthly plan premiums that can possibly help you keep your monthly costs much lower than a supplement. You continue to pay your Part B premium to Medicare.

Is a Medicare Advantage plan better than a supplement?

No. While Medicare supplements do offer more than original Medicare, they do not cover "everything else".

Medicare Advantage plans may allow you to reduce your monthly plan premiums. Our plans also offer you convenience. Instead of having to carry an ID card for Original Medicare, your supplement, and your prescription drug plan, all you have with VIVA Medicare Plus is one card and one phone number to call when you have questions. Some Medicare Advantage Plans may offer additional benefits for things like eyeglasses and dental care.
