I'm not in the best of health - Am I still eligible to
enroll?
As a Medicare beneficiary, you cannot be denied membership
in a Medicare Advantage plan due to poor health, disability, or a
pre-existing condition (with the exception of End Stage Renal
Disease-ESRD). Also, there is no waiting period on any VIVA
Medicare Plus plan. You do need to have Medicare
Parts A and B and live in the plan Service Area to enroll.
